I read your weeding and shedding words
We Hawaiian call lizard mo'o
A very powerful and enduring
Nature the mo'o

The mo'o has many looks
many kinolau (visuals) and
does sometimes where a kihei (a cape)
between becoming.

I see those capes on colorful
hooks with your many names
on them.

Your butterfly experience sounds truly wonderful.

Oh! Oh! Oh! Thank you so much for writing that. It's wonderful. What a gift. I think I must write it on a special piece of paper & carry it in my purse, to read when I need help feeling 'alive & positive'. It will remind me of my butterfly day in which one landed on me & sat there (with brief times away)
